New Service Request

Welcome to the Leagueville Water Supply Corporation Community.  Please contact our office by phone -or- you can print out the Service Application and Agreement to apply for service. We look forward to serving your water needs.

The Service Application must be completed by the property owner and must list all names as shown on the property deed. 

Proof of ownership should be a copy of the Warranty Deed, Deed of Trust, or a recorded Contract for Deed.  Once your application is received and reviewed by our office the Corporation will send a Right of Way Easement for you to sign.

Please see our rates and fees for the cost of service.  If you are buying a property where service already exists, normally you will pay only the Membership Fee.
